WiLDSPEAK
WiLDSPEAK is a conservation communications symposium, lead by the iLCP and co-sponsored by ARKive (a Wildscreen initiative). It includes many sessions, workshops and meetings throughout WILD9 with many members of the iLCP in attendance, leading workshops, sitting on panels, exhibiting photography and presenting in plenary sessions. During the concurrent afternoon sessions, iLCP will host sessions on photojournalism, collaboration, new media tools and more! Learn more about WiLDSPEAK and enter your photographs for the 12 Shots exhibits.

WILDERNESS VISIONARIES
WILD9 will feature a very special tribute to “Wilderness Visionaries,” historical and contemporary individuals who have dedicated their lives to the preservation of wild-nature. This professional exhibition is produced in partnership with Noel and Belinda Ashton, The Nature Connection, South Africa.
This exhibit will be both inspiration and informative. As our wild places are increasingly diminished, it becomes ever increasingly important to conserve these places – not just for ourselves but for the holistic well-being of the earth. “Wilderness Visionaries” honors those individuals who, understanding this urgency, serve as reminders and examples of our important role as custodians of the natural world.
PHOTOGRAPHIC GALLERIES
Expo WILD9 will feature four premier photographic galleries for delegates to enjoy throughout WILD9. These galleries represent some of the finest conservation photography, and will surely impress, inspire and inform you about some of the world’s conservation hot-spots. We hope that you will enjoy the special displays by: Wild Wonders of Europe, National Geographic, LOOK3 by Nick Nichols and MesoAmerican Biological Corridor.
MEDIA TRAINING DAY 5 NOVEMBER
This is special opportunity for youth and young professionals to learn more about media and communications, and also learn how they can be a part of documenting WILD9. The focus of the day is communicating conservation messages effectively using new media tools including blogs, twitter, facebook and video. Youth and young professional will then be giving the information and tools to capture their WILD9 experiences. For more information, please contact Emily@wild.org.
