Volunteers are a key part of each WWC!  All volunteers are asked to pay for their own travel, accommodation and all personal expenses.  Volunteers are welcome to attend presentations, concurrent sessions and evening events occurring outside of their volunteer responsibilities.  Volunteers are expected to work 5 hours per day (morning, afternoon or evening) in exchange for a full registration.  A few of our volunteers needs are:

1. Plenary monitors to monitor noise levels of those entering and exiting plenary session
2. Media room monitors
3. Delegate work-room monitors
4. VIP Ready room assistants
5. Secretariat assistants
6. Logistics assistants
7. Displays and decorations

While it is helpful for us to have volunteers with specific training and experience (ie. IT, foreign language skills), it is not necessary.  If you are interested in volunteering for WILD9, please contact Daniela@wild9.org for more information.
